Abstract

Transformer maintenance is carried out on a scheduled basis and whether it is operating/with voltage or without voltage, there are things that need to be paid attention to when turning off/disconnecting the circuit on the transformer, as far as possible, try to ensure that the load on the transformer is not too large, especially transformers that are installed outside or are often called portal pole substations. or cantol, where the primary circuit breaker is in the form of a Fuse Cut Out, to maintain stable maintenance of the transformer, the nominal current of the primary and secondary transformer must be observed. Seen in calculation 4.2.1 regarding the primary nominal current in the Team 043 transformer of 11.56069 A, while calculation 4.2.2 regarding the secondary nominal current in the Team 043 transformer is 578 A. from an input voltage of 20kV and an output of 400 V. in table 4.1 . Of all the nominal currents flowing, there are several transformers that have the highest current values, namely the Team 338 transformer of 28.90 A and 1445 A. In calculating the current at the Nh Fuse based on the number of substation majors on the Team 043 transformer from Qty 1, it is 520.2 A. JML2 is 260.11 A. JML3 is 173.4 A. JML4 is 130. From here we know that the more the JML is divided, the more the resulting current is divided. In calculating the average load on the DCC for 14 days, daily monitoring must be carried out as seen in 4.3, the average load calculation carried out on October 1 was 1768,708 kW
