Company service towards customer satisfaction is a responsibility that must be realized in any form. PT. PLN (Persero) is a service company that operates in the field of services such as electricity sales. The aim of PT. PLN (Persero) is to provide and serve customers' needs and interests for electric power. In providing electricity benefits for the benefit of customers, the company must be able to serve each of these interests by making payments after electricity usage. Every company must make significant movements in stages that must be adjusted to the desires and needs of consumers. This research aims to (1) Find out the amount of electricity used and paid for at PT's rambutan feeder. PLN (Persero) Sentani Customer Service Unit in 2023, (2) To find out the comparison of electrical power consumption with the power of the transformer installed at the PT Rambutan Feeder. PLN (Persero) Sentani Customer Service Unit. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques use literature study techniques, observation and interviews. And the data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data processing and research results. The conclusions in this research are (1) The results of the total electrical power consumption at the Rambutan Feeder are 2081.61 kVA from the installed power of 4980 kVA. (2) From the results of the comparison of electrical power consumption with the installed transformer, it was found that the largest value was for the STN 066 transformer at 66% and the smallest value was for the STN 230 transformer at 9%. In accordance with PUIL 2000 standards, transformer use at the Rambutan feeder is still limited to a maximum usage of 80% and is declared still normal / suitable for use.
