The expansion of the Central Papua Province has resulted in increase population and the use of electronic devices. One of the 20 kV medium-voltage overhead distribution lines withe the highest load in the PT PLN (Persero) ULP Nabire Kota area is the Merbau Feeder, which uses A3CS-type conductors. When these conductors are strung between poles, they can cause a sag. According to the 2018 Construction Standards of PT PLN (Persero) for the Papua and West Papua Regions, the maximum standard sag for A3CS conductors is 2% of the span length. Sag is influenced by internal factors such as load current and external factors such as ambient temperature. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing load current and ambient temperature on the magnitude of sag. The parameters considered include conductor type and specifications, span length, load current, conductor temperature, and ambient temperature. Data analysis is carried out by calculating the sag and comparing the results with PLN’s standards to determine the safety condition of the distribution system. The results show that the maximum sag occurred in February 2025 at 07:00 PM, with the largest sag of 19.37246 cm on the MRBAU 002 – 003, which has the longest span
