Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are one of the environmentally friendly solutions to meet electricity needs in remote areas. This study aims to plan a centralized solar power plant sistem with a capacity of 30 kWp in Yabanda Village, Yaffi District, Keerom Regency, which has not been reached by PLN's electricity network. The approach used includes analysis of electricity needs, optimal capacity planning of solar panels, batteries, and other supporting components, as well as simulations using PVsyst software to maximize the potential of solar radiation. The results of the study show that solar power plants with a capacity of 30 kWp can meet the electricity needs of households and public facilities in Yabanda Village. With a panel area of 147,856 m², this sistem uses 100 solar panels with a capacity of 300 Wp, 3 inverters with a total capacity of 30 kW, and 110 batteries with a capacity of 48V-100Ah. The analysis of investment feasibility using the Net Present Value (NPV) method showed a positive result of Rp. 6,404,169,432, with a Payback Period (DPP) of around 20 years. Thus, this investment is worth implementing.
