ANALISIS PENGARUH KEGIATAN PENERTIBAN PEMAKAIAN TENAGA LISTRIK (P2TL) TERHADAP SUSUT (LOSSES) ENERGI NON TEKNIS DAN SAVING kWh

PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) UP3 WAMENA

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Wamena is assisted by two Customer Service Units (ULP), namely ULP Wamena Kota and ULP Yalimo. In the implementation of electricity distribution, theft is rampant, thus having a negative impact on PT PLN (Persero). Losses on the part of PT PLN (Persero) can increase non-technical losses and affect kWh savings. One way to prevent theft is to carry out activities to regulate electricity usage. Based on the Regulation of the Board of Directors of PT PLN (Persero) Number 0028.P / DIR / 2023 concerning the regulation of electricity usage, violations of electricity usage are classified into several levels, namely, class I violations, class II violations, class III violations, and class IV violations. The most frequent violations are class IV violations.It is expected that the P2TL activity can increase sales and reduce non-technical losses in this final assignment using direct data collection methods or using systems, interviews, and library research. Data collection was carried out from 2022 to 2024.From the results of this P2TL activity, total sales from 2022 to 2024 increased from 122,626,665 kWh to 127,251,550 kWh and reduced non-technical losses from 5.98% to -4.9% in total.
